Attached below is the Bid Tabulation Results for the State of Florida Department of Financial Services, DFS RFP 06/07-16 for Wind Certification Entities. Also attached is a spreadsheet indicating what region each awarded WCE will be assigned to.

Pursuant to Chapter 120.57(3), Florida Statues, the posting of this Notice of Intended award will commence on April 8, 2008 at 9:00 A.M. and will continue for 72 hours, excluding holidays and weekends and will expire on April 11, 2008 at 9:00 A.M.

Failure to file a protest within the time prescribed in Section 120.57 (3), Florida Statues, or failure to post the bond or other security required by law within the time allowed for filling a bond shall constitute a waiver of proceedings under Chapter 120, Florida Statues.
