Inspection Capacity for each WCE for the
State of Florida Department of Financial
Services, DFS RFP 06/07-16 for Wind
Certification Entities.
Pursuant to Chapter 120.57(3), Florida
Statues, the posting of this Notice of
Intended award will commence on April 2,
2007at 2:00 P.M. and will continue for
72 hours, excluding holidays and
weekends and will expire on April 5,
2007 at 2:00 P.M.
“Failure to file a protest within the
time prescribed in Section 120.57 (3),
Florida Statues, or failure to post the
bond or other security required by law
within the time allowed for filling a
bond shall constitute a waiver of
proceedings under Chapter 120, Florida
Statues.”
